Yoga means union, the union between body and soul. As teachers, we will accompany each student on this personal journey of rediscovery.
"Let only love exist in your heart for others. The more you see goodness in them, the more goodness will manifest in you." — Paramahansa Yogananda
Our studio is located in the heart of Buenos Aires, where in-person, personalized and group classes are taught. It is a renovated space in a typical old European-style house, decorated with climbing plants and greenery that bring a natural atmosphere, inviting deep relaxation and inner connection.
Yoga means union, the union between body and soul. As teachers, we accompany each student on this personal journey of rediscovery through physical exercises known as asanas.
We believe it is necessary to adapt to new technologies so that each student can practice not only in our space, but also from anywhere they may be.
Our root yoga is Hatha Yoga, and thanks to the training acquired over these 10 years, we can cover different practice styles such as: Dynamic Hatha Yoga, Power Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Therapeutic Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga for seniors, Prenatal Yoga, and guided meditations. Classes in English. Each yoga style, for each type of person.
