The body speaks through the feet
Your feet are the root of your path. Within them lies a secret map, a silent reflection of everything happening inside you. In foot reflexology, each zone of the foot is connected to an organ, a gland, or a system. When something hurts, hardens, or grows cold, the body is speaking to us.
What if we learned to listen to that language through yoga?
Two paths that meet
Reflexology stimulates reflex points that activate circulation and release internal tension.
Yoga, in turn, opens the body, harmonizes the breath, and restores the natural flow of energy.
Together, they form a bridge between movement and stillness:
-- Foot massage awakens energy channels that then expand during practice.
-- Yoga postures and breathing extend the effect of the massage, carrying that sense of balance throughout the entire body.
For example, by working on the arch of the foot (connected to the spine) and then performing poses like Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog) or Balasana (Child's Pose), the relief in the back and neck is multiplied. It's as if the entire body were breathing from the soles of the feet.
Walking with awareness
Well-being begins from the ground up. When we care for our feet, the whole body realigns, the mind quiets down, and the heart finds its rhythm.
At EYO Yoga Madero, we combine reflexology and yoga to accompany you on that path:
so you can walk lighter, with body and soul in harmony.
We invite you to experience it
